This wasn't in the brochure?

Everything below this post is what happened in the last 60 hours in Afghanistan. Atleast everything that happened to be reported. When you have nothing but time you read. When you read you think. When you think you analyze. When you analyze you precieve worst cast scenairos. When you precieve worst case scenairos you mentally prepare. When you mentally prepare you get wired. When you get wired you do 2 posts in one day. When you do 2 posts in one day you've had way to much free time in Kuwait. When you've had way to much free time in Kuwait you read..... (Its not always doing 2 post in one day...).

For most of you what you'll see below is a depressing reminder of what I'm about to embark on. To make you feel better understand this, everyone one of those headlines gets me psyched. Going to fight a war is like knowing, training and preparing to "make love" to the a woman you deeply love. You had over a year to get ready(unit training). You've just heard from your how great she is (your unit, news). You trained, packed your bags and wore your best uniform. You see all the other dudes walking away from her shocked in her awe and beauty. People read, write, talk and debate about her(the meadia). The very people that decided you two needed to hook up will never see the outcome (politicians). Now I'm with her, all I have to do is get close. She's all mine... then when I'm done I have a story thats better told then written. Right before you close your eyes at night, remember... there I am "making love" to the most, beautiful, intimidating, stuck up, shallow, in shape, intelligent, bi polar.. girl in the world.

Quote for this post:
"I fully understand those who say you can't win this thing militarily. That's exactly what the United States military says, that you can't win this military." --George W. Bush, on the need for political progress in Iraq, Washington, D.C., Oct. 17, 2007

What?.......... I miss him. :)
